Cancellations/No Call No Shows (NCNS) Policy
If it is necessary to cancel/reschedule your grooming appointment, we do ask for a 48 hour notice. Early notification allows us to fill empty appointments with call ins or our wait list. Not notifying us causes the students to miss out on appointments we could have otherwise filled, which results in a loss of learning hours for them.
At the first last minute cancellation/reschedule or no call/no show, a $25 fee will be incurred. Any subsequent instances will incur a charge of the full grooming cost.
Continued last minute cancellations/no call/no shows may result in us not taking future appointments for your pet.
Appointment Arrival Times:
We have specific times they take throughout the day for grooming to allow for time for teaching and providing timely services. Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrival for appointments throws off the grooming schedule and takes away time from the students for learning, this is why we book your pet at a specific time. If you are going to be late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will give you a call to confirm you are on your way.
A late fee will be applied for pets arriving more than 15 minutes late. Late fees will vary based on what kind of pet you have, what they are scheduled for, and how late you arrive. Staff may also refuse appointments more than 15-20 minutes late. If your pet is late, you should also expect that they may take longer to finish than usual, as the staff cannot allow all other grooms to be late to accommodate for untimely arrivals.
