Jessica is our Director of Education for the Bingo Institute of Grooming, LLC.. She has been a groomer for 25 years and has been teaching and mentoring new groomers since 2015. Jessica and Anneliese are the owners of Pet Spa Grooming, in Livonia, Shear Perfection by Pet Spa in Royal Oak, and Flawless Fur by Pet Spa in Hazel Park. She has an extensive background in grooming dogs and cats and has developed a full curriculum for teaching grooming. Her goal is to teach a new breed of pet groomers who are prepared for the ever-changing and growing grooming industry. Jessica has loves her dog, Tank, and her cats, Autumn and Wanda. When she isn't grooming, she devotes all of her free time to cat rescue through Animal House of Southeast Michigan.

Anneliese Ingraham

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR/HEAD INSTRUCTOR

Anneliese is the Administrative Director and a Head Instructor for the Bingo Institute of Grooming, LLC. Anneliese is also the co-owner of Pet Spa Grooming, Shear Perfection by Pet Spa, and Flawless Fur by Pet Spa. As Jessica's daughter, Anneliese was raised in the grooming salon and has had a love of animals her whole life. In 2021 she realized her passion for grooming and began training at the Bingo Institute of Grooming, and is now an alumna of the program. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology & Anthropology and Pre-Law from Ohio Wesleyan University. She and her partner have two cats, Amber and Darryl, who are their babies.

Miranda T

HEAD INSTRUCTOR

Miranda is another Head Instructor for the Bingo Institute of Grooming, LLC. Miranda graduated from Bingo Institute of Grooming in 2021. Now, when she is not teaching future pet groomers she is working as a pet groomer herself. Miranda's goal is to help teach her students the discipline and attention to detail that she has learned and that make her excellent at her craft. She and her fiancé have two dogs, Trinity and Waylon, whom they love dearly.

Chelsea T

SENIOR INSTRUCTOR

Chelsea is a Senior Instructor for the Bingo Institute of Grooming, LLC. Chelsea graduated from Bingo Institute of Grooming in 2021. Now, when she is not teaching future pet groomers she is working as a pet groomer herself. Chelsea's goal is to help teach her students that they can be successful and financially stable while still doing the career they love, just as she has. She and her fiancé have two dogs, Ezra and Kodiak. When she isn't teaching or grooming, Chelsea is very involved in dog rescue through Underdog Rescue Ranch.

Paige R

INSTRUCTOR

Paige is an Instructor for the Bingo Institute of Grooming, LLC. Paige graduated from Bingo Institute of Grooming in 2024. Now, when she is not teaching future pet groomers she is working as a pet groomer herself. Paige's goal is to help teach her students to love both the hard and easy parts of being a student and a professional, just as she did and continues to do. She and her husband love their dog and cat, Milo and Kevin. When she isn't teaching or grooming, Paige adores spending time with her friends and family.
